Pre-processing is necessary before palmEFB can be considered as a good material to make paper pulp.

KJ’s long fiber making machine has used in Thailand as pre-processing equipment in EFB paper pulp industry since year 2013. It produces 50-200mm (in length) EFB fibrer directly from Palm EFB just in seconds. Small percent of Palm kernel, short fibre are automatically discharged in separate outlet, by the force of gravity.

We have 4 models of long fibre making machine with capacity from 1 ton per hour to 8 tons per hour. Spare parts cost is low, because the knives have 4 cutting corners, when one cutting corner is worn out, change to others. One set of knives has long working life as 4800 hours. (8 months if 20 working hours per day)
